'Southview', this new executive Orlando vacation rental villa, features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool and spa, games room and is located in the gated up scale resort community of Terra Verde only a few miles to Disney, Golf and Shopping. The villa itself is set in a secluded position with the south facing pool backing onto a natural conservation area.
This executive family vacation home has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard with everything you could need to make your holiday special. 'Southview' comes with many extra bonuses and utilities to ensure you have everything you want at your fingertips throughout your stay. It comprises of 7 large double bedrooms including 2 master suites, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a 20 x 20 ft games room. The living area has a 56" large screen TV, VCR and DVD, with additional cable TV's and DVD's in all rooms. WiFi internet access is included for our guests use in the villa. The fully air conditioned games room provides extra entertainment for all the family, with pool, darts, hockey, board games and a TV, VCR/DVD. The upgraded pool measures 30' x 15' and is fully screened. An above ground spa is situated on the extended deck to add to your relaxation. The large extended poolside offers complete privacy and is surrounded by lush landscaping overlooking a beautiful conservation area. The luxury patio furniture together with the charcoal grill is ideal for alfresco dining.
This upscale gated community of Terra Verde is built around a 3 acre spring fed well stocked fishing lake, which boasts a White Sand beach area, Clubhouse, with Swimming Pool, Exercise room, Spa, Playground, Walking Trails, Beach Volleyball Court, Basketball Court and much much more. For extra pampering, schedule a massage at the spa, workout at the exercise center and then relax in the sauna. At the pool you can go for a swim, lounge around in the woven rope hammocks or relax and enjoy a beverage and snack from the Tiki Hut. The clubhouse, which is only a minute's WALK from the villa, has an internet room for anybody who does not have a laptop and WiFi for those that do. This service is free to anybody staying at the resort.

For keen golfers the vacation rental villa is 10 minutes from many golf courses including Greg Norman's Championsgate 36 hole award winning golf course and the Disney golf courses. This year everyone will be able to come to a Walt Disney World's theme parks on their birthdays and get in free. The 'What will you celebrate?' campaign announced for 2010 by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts states that anyone showing up with a valid ID including proof of birthdate will get a free ticket on that day in 2010 for one of the theme parks at Disney World.
